This is easily one of my favorite engagement sessions of 2014. If there was a perfect client for every photographer — then Suzie and Robbie would be my perfect couple! When Suzie first contacted me to inquire about wedding photography coverage, the first thing she mentioned was that she had found my website years and years ago. She had bookmarked it and was waiting patiently for the day she would be engaged and in need of photography services. Isn’t that awesome? I love hearing stories like that and it totally made my day/week! But that’s not the best part — the best part was that our significant others were literally one degree a part so both of our relationships have uncanny similarities!
Suzie and Robbie are also both animal lovers and included their two sweet dogs toward the end of the session. That, and the shared experiences our significant others have together, bonded all of us immediately, and to keep the story short — we’ve become kindred spirits. 🙂
I love these photos we took at the Anheim Packing District. It’s such a neat and fun place! A photography permit is required to shoot there, but it’s worth it because we got these amazing creative, artsy photos with a cool urban feel. I’ll post photos of them with their dogs in a separate post so stay tuned for that!
