Hello there, and welcome to my blog! Thanks so much for visiting, checking out my stuff and considering me for your day. It really means a lot. Because I'm the first to admit that I am not the best photographer out there. There are tons and tons of amazing, talented photographers in our area but I'll know if I'm the best for you. So ... what should you know about me in the meantime? Let's see. Shawn is my second photographer. He’s also my boyfriend, business partner, and expert camera bag holder. We’ve been dating for eight years and doing this wedding photography thing for three ... and ya know? We really have a blast doing this. We say it a lot ... but we are beyond blessed.
I’m an introvert by nature but an extrovert behind the camera. I love my friends and family fiercely. I love dogs. Any dog that will let me pet/cuddle/smoosh them – I will smother them like no other. I would rescue every dog in the world if I could. I guess that's why I'm extremely loyal. Over-the-top passionate. And with the ability to feel deeply. I think this allows me to capture people in their best moments.
Besides fiddling with my camera, I have always enjoyed reading, writing and telling stories ... and even graduated from college with a degree in Journalism. Photography is simply another way for me to tell a story ... and I hope I’ll be able to capture your story and all of the moments in between. :)

I don’t think I’ve ever spent as much time laughing during any session as I did with this couple. The entire day was spent in laughter and good company. Check out their photos! Looking at them just makes you smile.
Shawn and I had a fantastic time with Valeree and Wynbert and can’t wait till their wedding this summer!
